So please tell, where does the broke DC govt come up with the money.

Would you support a 100% Congressional appropriation?

How about this, remove the money from useless and expensive I-66 from
KY and give it to DC. If you need more kill of fthe useless and
expensive I-66 APD whatever it is, being constructed in WV and give
that to DC.

BTW unlike some of your other proposals, I support this.

Another one that will NEVER happen. DC is broke and has no money for
anything let alone something like this.

Why don't you push something that IS needed and MIGHT happen?

Direct connections between NY Ave and the Center Leg Tunnel.

Here is how it could be funded.

Eliminate ALL funding for thr useless boondoggle I-66 in KY,
including design funding. Make the KyTC give everything back.

Elimniate ALL funding for the useless boondoggle of I-66 in WV that
will never go anywhere. Make the WVDOH give everything back including
design funding. Except for a few bucks to plow what they have now
under.

You are so pie in the sky, but you never discuss MONEY.

Stop falling for the trap that we spend too much on infrastructure
while being distracted from the surveillance military budget.
