Post by b***@coolgroups.com I am having some problems with noisy neighbors. I was just wondering how most people deal with these issues.
First of all, contact the Local Authority/Council/Administration. They may not deal with the matter, but they will know who does. There may be environmental protection ordinances which define excessive noise by levels over background, times of day/week etc. Often difficult to prove. My neighbours have noisy neighbours - us lot :-)
