McGated.

All those upscape apartments are gated with a doorkeeper to keep everyone
out without a pass. The very same people who think that a keyed gate is
just horrible live in buildings where live humans keep out everyone they
don't want near the place.

I guess I forgot that they don't have enough roof space to do much with.
Maybe they can catch a little water....

So what do you call an excessively large apartment or condo
built in a high-rise building... a McFortress?
That seems somewhat impossible, seeing as the owner of the condo is
not allowed to tear it down and make it bigger. For one thing you
don''t own any more space then you purchased, and two that might
result in collapse of the building.

Depending on the situation, he could do that, and depending on the
situation, the home owner may not be able to do that.

It's definitely possible since people do it.

First, if you buy two adjacent units, you can do whatever you want with
them, including combining them together. You may need to separate them
again before you can sell, though, because it's harder to get someone to pay
the same amount for a larger space as two people would pay for half the
space each.

Second, most walls in apartment/condo buildings are not load-bearing;
they're typically just separators between the concrete pillars that support
the next floor. Obviously one can't mess with the pillars, but the walls
can be knocked out or moved around with the appropriate permits. The only
things that can't be moved are plumbing and windows.

A Mcmansions could look ugly if it took up all the grass and went all
the way up to the property line, since condo's don't have property
lines, just walls, and no grass to begin with It defeats the purpose
of a Mcmansion or in this case a McCondo(To Look as ugly as
possible).

"the penthouse"
Only if it is on the top floor, and then if it is excessively large,
it could be called a McBunker.
