I would add if you do kill the home invasion intruder while
utilizing your so called unrestricted gun rights you most
likely will receive an opportunity to meet the members of
the intruder's family as a result of them bringing civil
suits against you for your having deprived them of their
loved one.

Some states have passed laws stopping these kinds of lawsuits. I am not
sure which ones.....

I bet there's a number of li-bi-rail weasel lawyers who've
expressed a certain amount of dissatisfaction with those
advancements.
